For over 60 years, Apple Hills Medical Associates (AHMA) has proudly served the Applewood community, delivering comprehensive, community-based primary care. Our physicians have supported generations of families — from delivering babies and making house calls, to providing hospital care and palliative support.
Since 2007 Apple Hills Medical Associates is now part of the Summerville Family Health Team. This partnership allows us to build on our longstanding commitment to your care by expanding access to a broader team of health professionals, all working together to better support your health.

After-Hours Support
Care That Doesn't Stop at 5 PM
Outside of office hours, you can still contact the Telephone Health Advisory Service, where a registered nurse will advise you on urgent health concerns. With your permission, a summary of your call will be sent to your AHMA doctor the next day to ensure continuity of care.
